Thirukumaran Sivasubramaniam
Thirukumaran Sivasubramaniam is the Co-Founder and COO of Fintex Inc. in Toronto. Born in Sri Lanka and raised in Canada, he built his career on resilience, education, and operational leadership. He is actively involved in mentorship, youth leadership programs, and international philanthropic initiatives supporting families in need.
After immigrating to Canada from Sri Lanka at the age of nine, he grew up navigating financial hardship, cultural transition, and constant change. Raised by a determined single mother who prioritized education above all else, Thirukumaran learned early that perseverance and discipline were non-negotiable.
Today, as Co-Founder and COO of Fintex Inc., he leads with operational precision and strategic clarity. His leadership philosophy centers on building sustainable systems, empowering teams, and embracing innovation—particularly in technology and emerging markets.
