Resilience, leadership, and opportunity define Thirukumaran Sivasubramaniam’s story. Today, as Co-Founder and COO of Fintex Inc., he leads with operational precision and strategic clarity. His leadership philosophy centers on building sustainable systems, empowering teams, and embracing innovation—particularly in technology and emerging markets. Outside of the office, Thirukumaran remains equally driven. He organizes annual fundraising initiatives that support families in need, partners in international clothing donation efforts, and volunteers as a judge in youth leadership and technology programs. Mentorship remains especially meaningful to him; guiding newcomers and young professionals toward career independence is both personal and purposeful.
